When picking up car talked to Grady at the service desk...
When picking up car talked to Grady at the service desk and asked how the car was repaired as to not have further problems and that we had found online that Toyota was having problems with their batteries across the nation with the 2020 Camry. The problem could be fixed by a DCM firmware update. Was told that you can’t believe anything on the internet and that the car had a faulty battery and was replaced. He also stated that there was no service bulletin about a firmware update to stop the battery from discharging. Later when reading the service technician report it stated that he did in fact do a DCM firmware update. Apparently the information is much more accurate on the internet than the Toyota service advisers and obviously doesn’t read the reports. I think your service advisor needs more training and a course in customer relations. Gave two stars because how fast the car was repaired and the tech should get five stars for reading tech bulletins and promptly finding the problem.

I had a good experience taking my parents car in for a checkup. There were no bogus “issues” or recommendations. The interaction was fair, fast and honest. I had trouble scheduling the appointment on line, but when I called the service department it went smoothly.

Went in just to look and Juston Bramhall and his finance team made my entire year! I told Juston what I was looking for and what I needed and the 1st car he showed me was PERFECT!! I just got out of a bankruptcy and thought I would never get a car a liked let alone a Jeep! Thank you so much Toyota Bountiful...I’ll be back!!

Purchased a vehicle on September 14th, had to wait 5 days...
Purchased a vehicle on September 14th, had to wait 5 days for the vehicle to be serviced and cleaned as it was a 2 year old lease. When the vehicle was delivered to me, interior smelled of smoke, apparently from the salesperson who drove it out to me. Vehicle came with 2 smart keys, and after the vehicle was dropped off, found out the second key did not work after several batteries were tried. When I called the salesperson that handled the sale, he said that it "was probably a loose wire or something but had no idea of what the problem would be".. Interesting that the second key was not verified working prior delivery of the vehicle. Since the purchase, have called numerous times times leaving messages for the finance department requesting my copies of the sales transaction.. Today is Oct 22nd, some 37 days following purchase, have called today looking for either Vince or Ivan in the sales department, impossible to be transferred to anyone that might be able to assist. Between the very poor service from the Sales Department, Alex, I believe was his name, and the ongoing left messages for the Finance dept folks, as I only once been lucky enough to get ahold of one of the Finance Managers, the probably 6 - 8 messages left requesting my documents, nothing yet, I would probably give this company 1/2 star, with the guarantee I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again..
