Used car impeccable condition

Jeff, and Ivan helped our family acquire a wonderful second home vehicle. A few things had to be dealt with before I took delivery, and they even brought the car to me 30 miles away, with a full tank. Thank you for your service, and attention to my needs.

Car in for service. Was told needed an alignment(was driven only 2000 miles since last one I need copy of printout of status when I brought the car in-to compare it with the one after alignment was done on 7/1. Don’t have name of person helping me.

I needed regular maintenance service for my Highlander....

I needed regular maintenance service for my Highlander. My service rep, Mark, at Bountiful Toyota was very helpful in that I did not have an appointment. My vehicle was finished in a timely way.

There check-in was a little confusing but with COVID then who knows because everyone is trying to stay safe and healthy. Once checked in then it was smooth sailing.

Jeremy and Vince were so helpful buying my truck. Vince went above and beyond to make sure I could get the grill I wanted on the truck I wanted, and made sure that the truck was well taken care of pre-purchase. Jeremy spent hours with me, letting me drive it to my house to make sure my kayak and paddleboard fit in the bed, and making sure it fit in my garage. Mike/Tex was so patient as I asked 1 million questions about all of the options I wanted to make sure I was happy and getting all of the details I needed. Brandon in finance stayed over an hour and a half past closing to make sure I was taken care of. I felt listened to and that they were doing everything they could to meet my needs with everything going on with Covid. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and I didn't feel like they tore other brands/companies down, which I did experience at other dealers. I'm excited about my new purchase and grateful they had the truck I wanted!

I had wait 2 2/1 hours for my oil change !! I had appointment 9:20am , left about 12 noon !! He said that we’re very busy today !! He didn’t notify me till 1 2/1 hour later !! He offer me drink , that was nice , thank you

Mark was very helpful and actually cared! The brake tech also went above and beyond to send me a detailed video of other potential issues. For me thats what really separated this service center from others. I will gladly drive the extra miles to go here next time.
