Awesome service. Very professional. Received quality service in a timely manner. They did the service as scheduled. No added charges or unexpected expense. Was given a video on the service performed.

Work was done improperly and my air bag light is one with the same code can’t get any return phone calls and my car had damage that was not there when I dropped it off and I was never able to speak to a service manager he avoided me

I would give their incompetence five stars. Horrid, from six weeks after I purchased my Camry 20 months ago (salesperson was honest. The only one I trust surprisedly), to today. It has been one failed issue after the next. From the contract disputes, to consistent minor things, to the current recall problem with the fuel pump. They need some training in customer service. I utterly regret purchasing the Camry here. Love the Camry.. I do not trust Toyota Bountiful in the least. I am not impressed Run away.

I made an appointment for a tire rotation and still had to wait 2 hours. They told me they were understaffed, but it was the same story last time I got an oil change over 7 months ago. The only reason I’m not giving it 1 star is because the girl helping me was very apologetic and helpful. I’ve been very disappointed with Toyota Bountiful my last 2 visits.

Once you have an appointment, they keep it, take care of business, & send you back on the road, HAPPY!! HOWEVER, THEIR WEBSITE IS SUCKINGLY INNACCURATE, & NOT RESPONSIVE TO NEEDS, THEIR CALL-IN PHONE NUMBERS DO NOT WORK, & THEIR PARKING LOT IS ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL FOR A DEALERSHIP OF THAT SIZE THAT DOES AS MUCH BUSINESS AS THEY DO!!!!! IN ORDER TO GET MY APPOINTMENT, I HAD TO PARK ON THE STREEET, A BLOCK AND A HALF WEST, & NORTH OF THEIR SERVICE ENTRANCE, WALK UP THROUGHT THEIR CROWDED PARKING LOT [ MOSTLY USED VEHICLES FOR SALE] &TALK TO A SERVICE ADVISOR TO MAKE M APPOINTMENT. IF THEY WANT REPEAT BUSINESS, THEY NEED TO FIX THIS IN A MAJOR WAY!!!

Awesome dealership! Sam, our Sales rep was resourceful, kind and professional. Vince, the Manager was instrumental in helping us get the car. They are neat!

Isabel is the best, the service was priced right, she was super efficient and the car was returned as planned!! I Highly recommend Isabel if you are looking for service at Toyota Bountiful.

Good service. Price was same as I was quoted when it was done. But didn't call when service was completed. They need to be sure to contact customers when their car is ready. They have left me in the waiting room before...dont know why they don't have a better system contacting customers.

Konner the mechanic is awesome and always does a good job!! I love Bountiful Toyota! The customer service is great. That’s the only place I take my car. Cody kept me updated on my car. Great job!!
