Performance Toyota Bountiful

These guys are a bunch of liars, who will tell you anything to get you in the dealership. I went there 2 hours ago to trade in a 2018 VW Passat and they wanted 13k for it which was fine but what happened to the up to 4k advertisement they would offer on top of my trade? They did not offer it when we were there or even try to honor it even after I showed them the conversation I had through messaging from their own employees on Facebook. The sales guy Buyback Billie flat out said unless I pay 550 a month for a 17k car then we wouldn't have a deal. They didn't try to work with us. The guy just walked away. If I could put a 0 star rating I would've. Terrible service and false advertisement.

Love dealing with these people. Always easy and fast! Enjoy a drink and popcorn while waiting is always easy! I bought my previous Toyota from Mark Miller downtown and will never go back after coming here!

Are service advisor Jaci Garza was on the spot, friendly, very organized. The place was spotless. The parts manager Brad was very helpful and courteous. Very respectful. We love Them

Bought a new Highlander for a better deal than I could find on used highlanders elsewhere. The salesman cut through the crap and just flat gave me an offer I couldn’t deny as the best deal I’d seen. I built a data base of the top deals I could find on used vehicles and then I visited Toyota Bountiful. Craig priced a new vehicle better than the used vehicles in my database when I adjusted for miles. No brainer!

Promptness of getting in, estimated time to complete the maintenance was spot on and the maintenance representative was friendly and honest. Was able to watch video of some of the maintenance procedure

I was traveling through SLC and had a back up accident hitting a low curb. Brian took me right in and got me on the road in 24 hours. Pretty great considering the parts were not in house when I showed up. The tem communicated with video and the wait area was very comfortable. Awesome dealership!
