Breathtakingly terrible customer service
I bought a brand new 2018 Tundra from Toyota Bountiful and after driving it off their lot discovered an odd issue with the refueling neck and gasket that wasn't properly seated around it. At my first service appointment I brought it up expecting it to be fixed under warranty because it was a defect on my brand new truck. My service advisor Andrew informed me that this was not covered under warranty, and actually laid the blame on the Sales Department for selling me a truck with a defect, and on me for not noticing this issue and documenting it before driving my truck off their lot for the first time. He also said the dealership would "never" cover this repair because Toyota Corporate would never reimburse them to fix a "damaged" part on the truck. My expectation for quality and service at this dealership have now been flushed down the toilet. Toyotal Bountiful Service......"Truly Exceptional" at royally pissing off their customers.

Pretty awesome experience! John Cebrowski is the man! He was super helpful and not pushy at all. He allowed us to take our time and think about the purchase. He helped us into a great car that fits our needs and we were out the door with a fair price.

Our car buying experience was very positive.
Staff was helpful but not pushy. Salesman John, though new in the business, was professional and relatable. The vehicle was excellent and I have confidence that not only did I get a very good deal, I got a very good car for the money paid. I usually am not one to review things like this, as they tens to sound like free advertising and a product/business should do their job and the results speak for themselves, I believe. However, I do think the experience was positive and am glad to leave a good review for Bountiful Toyota. The only downside? The process took longer than we would have preferred. Lots of paperwork. But that's 2019, eh? I did not get the impression at all that it was the dealer's fault, that paper trail we had to run. They moved it along as quick as they could. Just wouldn't have any pressing plans if you go in with cash to buy and have somewhere to be. It's still a process. But overall, good results. Thumbs up and all that.

Front end noise
I reported front end noise over bumps. The mechanics analysis pointed to tie rods and bushings. Initial estimates were high but came down some when I suggested after market parts. The car is 19 years old. I was required to prepay the parts which precluded using my 15% discount coupon on the full cost. I persisted on this point but was twice denied. The net additional cost to me was nearly $50. I might have ignored all of that but it turns out the diagnosis was incomplete. The front end noise is still there. I don't begrudge the work that was done since the rods and bushings were definitely worn. Overall the experience was mixed.

Fantastic Experience / Very Knowledgable Staff
Came in to get some brakes changed, and decided to wait in their cozy snack-laden lounge. Not so much of a wait, and I was able to enjoy their fancy coffee machine. 5/5 for customer satisfaction - Brian in the service department was extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. Toyota Bountiful is the only place I’d ever go as long as this kind of service is around.
