Maintenance Work
I recently scheduled routine maintenance online. When I arrived at the dealership I discovered that I had clicked the wrong date when completing the online form. As I live in Red Lodge and was leaving town for a week and needed the SUV, I was concerned at the prospect that I would not be able to have the vehicle serviced as planned. Fortunately, after a wait of about twenty minutes, I was informed that a cancellation had occurred and that they would be able to completely perform all my requested maintenance items. This was a very busy day in the service department and I was grateful and impressed by there ability to perform and deal with a customer in a timely and professional manner. Kudos to the entire service area!

Robert made sure my Camry alignment was perfect....
My Camry front end was messed up and would not track properly on wet roads. I called Robert and he set me up first thing in the morning to have it aligned.. It took about an hour and was on my way. Wow! what a difference! I drives like a new car again! I always feel important when I come in for service.

Replace computer cluster.
My Prius has 180,000 miles on it so once in a great while I expect a little expense. $800.00 later I get to put f few more miles on it...going for 300,000 miles!
