Thorough, quick oil change

Rough start getting through the phone system. Kept getting put on hold for ever. Robert helped me out and got an appointment set up and discounted the oil change due to the "hold" issue. The oil change was under an hour and very thorough.

Courteous, efficient, responsive service visit

Appointment for Toyota Auto Care Plan oil change and 100 point courtesy check: service reps were very responsive, promptly checked my vehicle in for service, the waiting area (lounge) is comfortable and relaxed with plenty of hot coffee, in having the Auto Care Plan the service reps checked my vehicle maintenance records & noted a tire rotation was due (which I had overlooked) and then performed that tire rotation above and beyond the oil change (thank you!), all in short order. The Service Department is efficient and well organized.

2018 Toyota RAV4 lease

Trust, Reliability and Quality Service

I recently had my 30,000 mile oil change on my 2017 Toyota Avalon. Jim Harmon is the Service Manager who I always ask for as he has provided me excellent service for all 3 Toyota cars I purchased at your dealership. Whenever I have a question about what service I need, when I can get in, prices, whatever, Jim gives me a fast reply and I always know his word is good.

New truck purchase

I am not a fan of the high pressure sales tactics , but, in the end we were able to agree on a price and I feel that our salesman did a good job of working with us and I feel we were treated very fairly. Overall, it was a good experience.

Purchasing experience

The staff was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a pleasant, no pressure, transaction, even though we just walked in off the street with no appointment. We would recommend Jake, our sales representative, and Clinton, the finance guru, to anyone.
