Initially, I destroyed a tire on a pot hole. I was advised to replace all four. During replacement, mechanic noticed that the rear struts were leaking. I had them replaced also. Service was good and timeframe was as projected.

Everyone greeted me like a valued customer , even though the weather was horrible and they ran into problems they still serviced my vehicle in a timely manner.

Nice crew of informed and polite people! The manager of the service department was very helpful along with a good sense of humor! We will be back.

I was not in the market for a new vehicle. I loved my vehicle but it was very difficult to deal with the dealership and get my vehicle serviced where I bought it. My niece had leased from Lithia and was turning in this vehicle. She had nothing but good to say about Lithia and suggested that I purchase her leased RAV4. I did. I have been happy with my purchase and feel I have had exceptional service every time I have had to go into Lithia.

Joey Anthony was exceptional. Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, kind, accommodating. I will seek his help again for future services. Someone I can trust and I value his opinion.

Service department showed genuine interest in my car service history and what was needed to keep my car in top condition. Options were given and in depth discussions to make me comfortable decisions.

I tried many different dealer ships to get myself a used car. No dealership was willing to work with me because I have no credit. At that point I emailed Lithia Toyota and the guys there were very helpful and got me into a brand new car! Jake, the guy who sold me my Jeep, was great. He made sure I was taken care of, and I really enjoyed the overall experience with the company. I will definitely go back for another vehicle in a few years. The man who had me sign all the paperwork was great as well, the extended warranty fits perfectly, and wasn't that bad of a price! I recommend this place. If I could rate 100 stars, I would.
