Worst haggling I've ever experienced! Go anywhere else, and cut out the bull$@!% these guys try to feed you. I've never dealt with such manipulation from a car dealership! Make sure you read the fine print, and do your homework before signing! Thankfully we did and walked out of a manipulative situation. Once they knew we caught on, that's when miraculously the numbers begin to change. Don't forget to read their Facebook reviews! Never again will we even attempt to shop at Lithia Toyota! Dishonest financial management! Be cautious!!! Shop around! There were plenty of other car dealerships in Billings that offered more for our trade-in, and had better deals all around!

The finance guy got all pissy when I wouldn't buy his extra warranty, when a customer says no that's no reason to pout and get pissy. The dealership was really pretty cool and Chawn was awesome the only thing that tainted my buying experience was the finance guy Tristan.

Brttany was AMAZING. Buying a vehicle can be nerve wracking. She was totally on top of all the details, kept me informed and quickly answered all my questions. I felt comfortable through out the experience because she treated me like I was important and a valued customer. I would highly recommend this dealership. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles with them. And Brittany made it easy!!
