We started using Lithia Toyota of Billings when we were staying for extended periods of time in Montana and needed our 2013 Prius serviced. All employees were courteous and work was done in a timely manner. Once we decided to move permanently to Montana we decided we needed an all wheel drive vehicle. We started our search on line and then met in person with Brittany Pierce. What a treasure we found! She loves cars, is car knowledgeable, and will spend the time needed to answer all questions. And, if she didn't know the answer she would find the answer. We were never rushed or pressured. On the day we took ownership of our Highlander Hybrid, Brittany took us through a trial run and opened the door for future visits as we start learning all the bells and whistles. She will even take care of scheduling our future service visits for us. For such a young salesperson, Brittany is very car knowledgeable, friendly, and available for contact. Brittany doesn't consider the job completed once her buyers take ownership. She is still there to support us. It was our lucky day when she took us under her salesperson wings and helped us make the right purchase for us.

I would like to warn consumers regarding sales at Lithia Toyota Billings. A dealership that has to remove prices from their vehicles as well as off of the internet should be looked at as a dealership that is trying to conceal something from consumers. Then to call it a sale in the hopes of luring people in with the appearance of a sale is why car dealerships have earned the poor reputation that they now enjoy.
