Very Happy With Entire Experience

I purchased a new Toyota Camry from Lithia a week ago. Prior to making the decision, Terence, my sales representative was very attentive, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my requests. Upon my arrival to finalize the sale, the entire team was prepared. They made the process quick and easy. I will gladly refer friends and family to Lithia for future auto purchases. And I love my car!

Great Experience

I was very apprehensive about going into a dealership to trade in my vehicle for a newer car. I had had a previous poor experience in which I felt I was not taken seriously and was thinking that my experience with Lithia wouldn't be any different. I was able to work with Brittany at Lithia and she completely changed my view. I gave her the numbers of my budget and what I could work with. She met my pessimism with confidence and knew she could get me into a car I loved at a price I could afford and not be upside down in debt. She made it happen! I could not be more happier with my experience and she has gained a life long customer. I am in love with my car and had a great experience!

He was outstanding. Rich Nickels gave us a thorough orientation of our car. This included exterior and interior of our new Highlander. Then he proceeded to orient us on usage of gps and Bluetooth. .
