Our overall buying experience with Brittany at BMW at Silver springs has been excellent. Considering situation was extraordinary as we are new to country and at the same time there is industry wide chip shortage, supply chain issues etc. - our overall experience was very good where were made to understand what to expect in terms of lead time, financing etc and it finally tuned out to be closer to what was mentioned. So will give a big shout out to Brittany abs BMW silver spring in making the experience so easy even in these times.

Had a great time with these people. Stress-free, responsive, collaborative, and friendly. Nate was our salesperson and Gen was our finance guy. Both were exceptional and made our buying process quick and efficient. Gen was informative and had the patience to explain the extras to us.
