Harold Shelby was a truly outstanding BMW salesperson....

Harold Shelby was a truly outstanding BMW salesperson. From the first email exchange to when we drove off the lot with our new X5, he was friendly, helpful, patient, and resourceful. He helped us deal with a shortage of cars to test drive (ultimately finding us a previous year model to drive) to the removal of touchscreens in new cars. He was consistently honest and thoughtful. This was my first ever experience with BMW, and Harold really impressed me and represented the BMW name extremely well. He has also followed up multiple times to make sure all things are good with my new X5. I would readily recommend him to others—he is an 11 on a 1-10 scale!

Outstanding from beginning to end

Nate was great

Had a great time with these people. Stress free, responsive, collaborative and friendly. Nate was our sales person and Gen was our finance guy. Both were exceptional. Loaner car representative was helpful and got the car with ease. I will recommend this dealer.

Excellent Customer Service

I recently purchased a brand new BMW 430i convertible from BMW of SSP. Scott Sohn was my salesperson and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional, very Informative. & there was no pressure at all. He made me feel very comfortable. My vehicle was ordered & took weeks to build & Scott made sure I was kept informed on the progress of my vehicle along the way & exactly when it was expected to arrive. Excellent Customer Service by Brittany

Our overall buying experience with Brittany at BMW at Silver springs has been excellent. Considering situation was extraordinary as we are new to country and at the same time there is industry wide chip shortage, supply chain issues etc. - our overall experience was very good where were made to understand what to expect in terms of lead time, financing etc and it finally tuned out to be closer to what was mentioned. So will give a big shout out to Brittany abs BMW silver spring in making the experience so easy even in these times.
