BMW of Silver Spring is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with. The staff members I dealt with, from sales to finance to service were very good and very helpful. They listened carefully and addressed my questions and concerns to my fullest satisfaction. I will chose BMW of Silver Spring in a heartbeat! I just purchased my second vehicle from Edwin at BMW of Silver Spring, this time a BMW iX. Edwin made the process smooth, easy, and enjoyable once again. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched — I highly recommend working with him.

Wonderful customer service!
Wonderful customer service! Harold Shelby was so helpful to me to resolve some issues I was having. He truly went the extra mile. Amit Thanki helped me with the computer systems and seems to be all knowing in explaining the sometimes complicated on board system and making sure everything is properly set up. I drove a bit of a distance to see Harold and Amit and would gladly do it again to receive the quality customer service I was given. Bravo!
