Great Customer Service

I always deal with Ryan in service and Tim in sales. They are both helpful, friendly and honest. They are the Best!!!! I will recommend they to both my family and friends.

Knowledgeable, honest and helpfull

This is by far the best experience we had a auto dealership, the staff from the receptionist to the sales person to the manager were all very helpful, informative and honest. We think we got the best price possible for our Ford F150 Lariat. Highly recommend this dealership.

Great Service

I went in on a Saturday to get my oil changed. Jeremy was very helpful. He told me how much it was going to cost and then told me they were busy and had a two hour wait. He offered me a slot at 3 pm when they were going to be more open and I could wait less time. I took that option. The car was done in less than an hour and exactly the cost he quoted me (no high pressure upsells which happen at other dealers). I left and he called me to let me know I forgot my phone charger at the dealership. I ended up getting there right as they closed and he saw me pull up and went back in to get my charger so I would have it for the rest of the weekend. I am so impressed by this service, not only will I go back again, I will tell others to do the same.

Good experience

The overall process was a bit time consuming my sales rep Hoss made the experience worth while. His knowledge of the product and personalized stories the time spent was worth it. His due diligence in working with me was worth the time spent. Thanks to him we are driving a new Ford Edge !!!

Labor Day at Chapman Ford

I was pretty sure I wanted the Explorer Limited. After the test drive, and a few comments that I made, Ben brought out a Platinum model....and I was sold! I'm very happy with my choice.

Fixed fan problem that other ford dealer couldn’t

Friendly and communication was present throughout the process. I had my fan noise “fixed” by another dealer but they dint really fix it. Thanks guys

Purchase Experience 5 STAR!

My wife knew she wanted a new Explorer. I used True Car as a guide and the Sales Manager Scott Montoya beat there price. When I arrived Carlos Gomez greeted us, brought the car around & we took a test drive. Carlos arranged for a appraisal on our 2004 Explorer which was completed when we returned and shortly after that the deal was done. Wendy in finance completed our paperwork in record time, my wife & I are very satisfied. Especially since the whole experience only took 2 1/2 Hours out the door. The new Chapman dealership is new, lounge & refreshments are great. Mike & Stella
