They were patient with my questions, gave me solid options, and never made me feel pressured. The selection of vehicles was impressive and the pricing was fair. If there was a negative stat rating, i would have dropped it. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and immediately experienced issues the car was overheating due to a leak before I even got it home. More troubling is that more than three months later, they have still failed to properly pay off the loan on my trade-in vehicle. As a result, my credit has been negatively impacted. This is not a minor oversight. Paying off a trade-in loan is a critical part of the transaction. The extended delay and lack of resolution show a serious breakdown in responsibility and customer care. Consumers should not have to monitor whether a dealership fulfills basic contractual obligations. This experience has been stressful, costly, and unacceptable. Proceed with caution. I definitely do not recommend this dealership.

We were told the car would be ready for us to pick up in 3 days. 10 days later and it still is not ready.
