Josh was very professional, he kept in constant touch with me to let me know the progress of my service. I was a little disappointed with the car wash as they only washed the top half not the bottom, weird. I asked for my convertible top to be examined for a problem which they did very thoroughly. But after I returned home I noticed the the headliner was very dirty and had black grease marks all over. I’m assuming that the technician did not have clean hands when he made the inspection! Not too happy about that, would like it rectified.
