Ben is the man to see! Professional, polite and puts customer first. Unfortunately I got a lemon and in the process of lemon law lawsuit. Not fun !! Dealership has not been the problem they have tried to make it smooth.

Mercedes Benz C 300
The car that I purchased hassle free was exactly what I wanted. The sales person explained everything in detail and worked with me on the purchase of the car. Financing was done easy. The vehicle was clean and in mint condition. The facility was clean and comfortable and easy to gdt to. Excellent hours of operation. I had a minor problem but Michael resolved the issue in a very kind and professional manner. A very satisfied customer. I love my car!

Test Drive
I received an direct mail invitation to test drive a Guilia. The personnel at Northside were friendly and helpful. The facility was well maintained, and the test drive was very enjoyable.

My first Guilla
Mat is awesome, really cares about his customers. He didnt give up on helping me purchase my new Guilla. This was my first time visiting Northside Imports, great first impression. Everyone greets you with a smile and ask if you need any help. I'm overjoyed with my purchase! Vince the finance person is the absolute best, made the experience simple and fast. I bought a used car and it was a good car but the dealer took over 30 days to pay off my old car and now great credit is ruined.

Very unsatisfied and walked away form the deal
Tried to buy a Porsche, took over 12 days. First the sales guy went on vacation, then the service guy went on vacation. Finance paperwork never overnighted, so after 5 days I walked away from the deal.

Beautiful dealership. Tried to work a deal on a used truck. Then was told the Truck was no longer available. Was told by the salesman he would call me but never did. I had to initiate all the calls to him.
