recently my husband bought me a new buick enclave, when we questioned during the buying process why the battery has been replaced twice in a year we were quickly told oh it sat over winter, okay sounded believable until 4 1/2 days later when i’m driving home from work and battery dies because it actually needed a brand new alternator. So we had to shell out another $1400 to get it fixed, we feel very lied to just to make a quick sale and would not buy again from them because of this. We did call and let a rep know and they said i’ll see what i can do and we never heard anything again.

I would avoid Dillon’s Auto if at all possible. I was interested in a 2025 Tesla Model X and contacted the dealership. Austin Eastep called me back and we agreed on a price. I submitted a credit application, but my account was locked. I unlocked it and after several attempts, they were able to access it. Austin sent me two loan options. I accepted the first option and he asked for my email address so he could send me the paperwork. I provided my email address, but then didn’t hear from him for two days, despite multiple attempts on my part to contact him. When I finally got through to him, he told me they had sold the Tesla to another person. When ai complained to his manager, he told me that they sold it to the other person “because I was too f******** stupid to unlock my credit report.” I explained that my credit file was unlocked within 8 minutes of my being told it was locked and that I sent Austin proof of that immediately (and in fact they accessed my credit file). With that the manager hung up on me. These guys are why used car salesmen have a bad reputation.

I was looking for a Tesla Model X, I reached out to Kevin to ask about a couple they had sitting on the lot for several months. I sent them an offer and they replied back "How about this? When you find one for $60k that has a clean title, 6 seater and the the big wheels you reach out to me. Next time when you want to reach out to somebody at 7:45 at night, make a real offer" Welp, 2 weeks later I bought exactly that configuration for $58k delivered. Good job Kevin, you were a jerk and lost the sale. Not going back to a place that treats me like this.

I would like to give a big thanks to Godfrey Reide for getting my son into the car of his dreams. He was fantastic with my son, who is only 19 by the way, and made his day. Thank you again Godfrey! See you when it's time for another car!!

Austin was great to work with. When I got their location, the vehicle was clean and ready to go. I had a minor concern with it, after looking it over. And they took immediate care to resolve.

Bought a 30,000 dollar car, the salesman treated me very well and was respectful. Two weeks after have the car and the weather started to get cold I wanted to use the heater, it did not work. Before purchasing they had replaced two heater core hoses so obviously there was an issue before purchasing, they refuse to fix the problem and I have only had the car for two weeks. Poor customer service at their repair facility. I'm am definitely not impressed nor happy.

I came looked at a vehicle got underneath it and salesman became irritated said we were rude I said for $34000.00 I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting took. Obviously I was we left the lot!! Never going back there again!!¡!

While buying my used car, I dealt with Kevin over the phone because I live out of state. The transaction was extremely smooth. Being for out of state, I asked questions about the car and he was extremely knowledgeable. He helped with the financing and arranged for shipping. Throughout the whole transaction, he was like dealing with my own brother. I want to say thank you to Dillon's and especially to Kevin for making this so easy.

I received a prompt response on my inquiry for a specific, almost new, pre-owned GMC vehicle. Unfortunately it was no longer available, but our disappointment had nothing to do with Sid Dillon's prompt and courteous follow-up. It would have been the perfect SUV for my daughter in Atlanta who heads up the nutritional testing lab for the CDC. Though she did find a similar value in Atlanta just a few days later. Thank you

Jake was the sales man didn’t stand behind any of the deals we made my advice is run from here !!!! Do not deal with anyone from here they are not as trusted dealership. We bought a Durango from here jake said we can bring it back on this date for a few repairs so we did he also said that we would be getting a loaner car for the day so we could run our errands that was a lie they don’t offer that. I had to fight tooth and nail to get the work done that was promised beceause jake didn’t schedual any of it
