Bought a 30,000 dollar car, the salesman treated me very
Bought a 30,000 dollar car, the salesman treated me very well and was respectful. Two weeks after have the car and the weather started to get cold I wanted to use the heater, it did not work. Before purchasing they had replaced two heater core hoses so obviously there was an issue before purchasing, they refuse to fix the problem and I have only had the car for two weeks. Poor customer service at their repair facility. I'm am definitely not impressed nor happy.

Great service and easy to deal with
While buying my used car, I dealt with Kevin over the phone because I live out of state. The transaction was extremely smooth. Being for out of state, I asked questions about the car and he was extremely knowledgeable. He helped with the financing and arranged for shipping. Throughout the whole transaction, he was like dealing with my own brother. I want to say thank you to Dillon's and especially to Kevin for making this so easy.

I received a prompt response on my inquiry for a specific, almost new, pre-owned GMC vehicle. Unfortunately it was no longer available, but our disappointment had nothing to do with Sid Dillon's prompt and courteous follow-up. It would have been the perfect SUV for my daughter in Atlanta who heads up the nutritional testing lab for the CDC. Though she did find a similar value in Atlanta just a few days later. Thank you

RUN!!!!!!!!!
Jake was the sales man didn’t stand behind any of the deals we made my advice is run from here !!!! Do not deal with anyone from here they are not as trusted dealership. We bought a Durango from here jake said we can bring it back on this date for a few repairs so we did he also said that we would be getting a loaner car for the day so we could run our errands that was a lie they don’t offer that. I had to fight tooth and nail to get the work done that was promised beceause jake didn’t schedual any of it

Avoid
I’ve bought two cars from Dillion’s auto first car I had no problems with. Since I value customer loyalty I decided to continue my business with Dillions auto. I was given an unsafe vehicle. I’ve had to replace multiple things on this vehicle. While me and my family was in the car driving the car it broke down putting my family at risk. I had it towed to Dillion’s auto where I was told they couldn’t help me that because I didn’t purchase a warranty that only covers 25,000 miles, there’s nothing they can do. I’ve only put 23,000 on my car and it has completely broke down. I tried to go see Justin to see if there was something that can be worked out and I was PUSHED Aside and dismissed by a sales rep he sent to let me know they didn’t care They do not value their customers and the safety of customers. Seeing how I was a loyal customer it was very disheartening to see the disregard of my issues. I will now be ensuring that the customers I see with my company are properly informed of the lack of customer service and safety they have for customers. I’be tried to work with the company, I want to recommended them even amongst the bad reviews but being a first hand victim I cannot in good faith recommended them anymore. I do not deny that I’ve used the vehicle but given the fact they break down after 25,000 miles is a scary thought. I pay $400 a month for a car that has only lasted 23,000 miles that’s .68 cents a mile. I hope that the owner and GM sees this and does better, it can’t always be about money but the safety of your customers. I hope you reach out and work with me and we can figure something out but seeing I’ve went back in person and that didn’t happen, I don’t see anything come from this. So I hope with this review customers value their safety and integrity and go somewhere else. It’s not worth it. And if you do get a car here like I didn’t and avoid the reviews PLEASE get the warranty their cars do not hold up to 25,000 miles. Thank you for reading.

My boyfriend and I bought a Jeep Wrangler at Dillon’s
My boyfriend and I bought a Jeep Wrangler at Dillon’s Auto in October 2021. The whole thing went too smoothly so I should have known there would be problems later. The Jeep has turned out great but working with Dillon’s has been awful. The first issue happened when we went to register our new vehicle. We had decided to just roll everything into the loan and they sent us a check for the registration. We went in to register it and found out Dillon’s miscalculated and we were short $1500. Obviously, we paid that out of pocket and Dillon’s didn’t seem to care that they’d screwed up. The next issue was that the salesman promised us an extra key before we’d left the lot and we still haven’t received it months later. My boyfriend called several times and they kept telling him that the person we needed to talk to wasn’t in. This went on for a few weeks. The salesman finally told us that we could purchase one because he couldn’t find the spare. My boyfriend reminded them that we were promised the spare key and they said they would have one made. We still haven’t received that. The most recent problem is that when we purchased the Jeep, we opted for the warranty and were told that we could just opt out later. At the time, we thought it was a good idea but then decided we’d like to get our money back-which the salesman told us we could do. My boyfriend called and let them know what we wanted to do and we were told that they would get the check and the key in the mail that same day. A week or so passed and my boyfriend called only to be told that they never made it to the post office to send it off and they would go that same day. We waited another week and received nothing. My boyfriend called again today and they promised us everything would be to us by Friday. We have gotten nothing from Dillon’s and they are very reluctant to help us. I would not recommend Dillon's Auto to anyone.
