Steffes Motors

Recently bought a truck from Steffes Motors and couldn’t be happier! Also in the past I’ve gone to them for service work of my previous truck and they’ve done a great job. If you are looking for a used truck this is the lot to go to. Their pricing is fair and you are getting a reliable vehicle! Would recommend Steffes Motors to anyone i know!

Keep this as a very bad experience and after $6500 plus in truck repairs after owning for less than 60 days. Base on previous reviews here I should have stayed well away from.

We have purchased at least a dozen trucks from Steffes Motors over the years and they were always better than represented. I figure if you want perfection then buy new.

The secretary was absolutely the best person in the world to deal with, as for the others not so much. I went and looked at 2 vehicles which I bought. About 5 minutes after agreeing on price a gentleman from the shop barges in the door and starts yelling and screaming at the secretary about the price and completely verbally belittled her when me and a co-worker were standing in her office. I told the guy I would pay the price he wanted to defuse the situation as she was very uncomfortable. Then she finishes all the paperwork and asks another gentleman if they were fueled up and the guy looks at me and said, “that wasn’t part of the deal,”. Never ever again would i think or recommend them. The secretary went through a lot of crap for nothing and she had to apologize to us for somebody else yelling and screaming at her, completely uncalled for.

Bought a used truck as is, drove hours to see it. Test drive went well but noises and lights were on. They fixed some parts before i went home with it ...before i left i knew there was no warranty but wanted to be sure i would make it home. So she agreed to MY TERMS BEFORE LEAVING... well I made it home but there was a major problem and they did good to their word and covered part of the repair at MY repair shop 8 hours away !!!. I noticed the truck that i bought was not checked out very well or actually READY to sell BUT THATS MY CHOICE I could have fled without buying but i chose not too. I would buy from them again, but would want them to check these over and have the vehicles ready for sale once they hit the website. I had to wait a long time while they repaired the truck to my liking. It was a fair deal price wise, compared to a certified truck hence the affordable price. i put $1000 into of my money and with their money chipped in i have a solid truck.... still way under the price local trucks sell for. Remember used is not new, so dont expect new from a used truck dealer.

First time buying a truck from a dealer and very pleased with the experience. Buying process was short and simple, customer service was great, and I'm very happy with the price. The truck as no rust and runs great.

Vehicles are very poorly represented by staff. We requested multiple additional pictures and were told the truck of interest was a 9 on a scale of 10... After driving 3 hours one direction, we quickly learned it was quite the opposite. The truck that we were told was "practically flawless" was missing pieces off of the interior on the dash and doors, in addition to being completely filthy. Not what we were expecting, especially on a 4 year old pickup. I would recommend you run from ANY vehicle at this dealership. Trust me, it's not worth your time. And ignore the replies from this company on any of these reviews- we learned the hard way.

I watched their website for months as i was getting ready to buy a new used truck. I was looking for a newer chevy 2500. They have plenty. They seem to come from the southern states which is great cause that mean no to little rust. The lady in the office is very nice and knows her inventory. I will remember this place for my future trucks.

I drove a long way to get a good deal. The truck ran great on the way home. It started knocking three days after I tagged it and started driving it. Coincidence? You decide. They got me. I'm replacing the engine.
