Ryan Dunning is baaaaaaaaaaaack!

Ryan Dunning is baaaaaaaaaaaack!!!! He was and is THE BEST Service Consultant that I have EVER had! He absolutely goes the extra mile in making sure that you get what you need and always finds a great deal for you too. This was his card back in 2018 when I first got my QX60 and this National Honoree has definitely earned his stripes. Well deserved! After this long, I could have definitely went somewhere else to get my car serviced, but Ryan is the reason I will keep going back! Go see Ryan for all your service needs!

I wasn't expected to be greeted advising me the bill

I wasn't expected to be greeted advising me the bill would be over $1200 for the service although the service technician was very nice about it.

Purchased new tires today.

Purchased new tires today. I had to wait, but the facilities were very comfortable and clean. The service technician was professional, efficient, and explained everything that was necessary.

This is the worst Infiniti service center I've been to.

This is the worst Infiniti service center I've been to.No customer service, just texting. I'm used to personal updates and when my car is ready someone comes and get me, not texting me. I will not be back.
