I brought my new 2025 QX 80 to Infiniti of Cool Springs

I brought my new 2025 QX 80 to Infiniti of Cool Springs for steering alignment. After having the vehicle for about three months I noticed that the steering wheel was not centered, meaning the steering wheel had to be turned a slight right to keep the vehicle straight. I hadn?t noticed it until one day driving on the interstate and the wheel was noticeably off centered and the vehicle veered left after when the wheel was straightened. I addressed the problem with Andrew Sims and he said he has seen this issue before. Although the service department was very busy he assured me that my issue was a priority especially since it was a brand new vehicle and barely driven. Andrew kept me informed of the progress and got the problem all straightened out. The vehicle actually drives better than the first test drive and much more effortless to drive straight with improved handling. The steering wheel is still a tiny bit off centered, not perfect but much improved. It mighty be a build quality issue from the factory but thank you to Andrew and the service technicians for getting me sorted out.

They did a good job at getting me out quickly.

They did a good job at getting me out quickly. The last few visits I've had with Andrew Simms has been great. The rep I had in the past wasn't great at all. Andrew knows that I have to leave at a certain time and he gets it done. He is located in the Coolsprings infiniti.

On April 19th when we arrived on the lot a salsa rep

On April 19th when we arrived on the lot a salsa rep immediately approached us which was much different than a few years ago. The whole team made car buying so easy and smooth, very professional, i would definitely recommend coming here for your car buying. I love my 2022 QX 50 Infiniti.

It was a good experience overall.

It was a good experience overall. They worked in a very timely manner. This is my second Q60 from this dealership and they have kept them both serviced properly.

Fast Service, the waiting area was quiet i was kept informed as to what was going on. Snacks and water was provided. I didn't feel pressured to get service done that i couldnt afford at that moment
