Only issue was having to wait so long to get the car. They were still cleaning and "buffing" the car so I had to wait and extra hour.

I needed to ask more questions. I went in to have my tires filled with air and ended up re leasing a newer vehicle 8 months before my lease was up. I ended up with an suv that had better features for some things and lesser for others. But I was given every opportunity to go into my new vehicle and test drive it but declined assuming it was all the same. My fault, not Steet Ponte. The process was almost too easy. I would highly recommend this dealership. I would also like to say that the service department manager is excellent!
