The service was very good. All my requests were taken care of. I did not have to wait a long time. I was able to get my car serviced at the time I requested. The repair man did an inspection on my car. An oil change was also done. I wii be using Steet Ponte volkswagen in the near future.

When I called to set up an appt for 20,000 mile service and inspection, dealership was able to get me in the next business day. Advised them that I would drop off first thing in the morning & would need a ride to work. Dropped off car and had a driver get me off to work within 5-10 minutes of walking into the dealership. Everyone was very pleasant & I was called within 2 hrs letting me know my car was done. Experience back at the dealership to pickup was pleasant and even the cashier was pleasant. The only thing that I was surprised at was before leaving the show room I stopped to look over the new Atlas. Opening the doors & reading on the options etc and nobody came over to me and asked if I had any questions or if I was interested in a test drive or anything.

Salesman Jason Jones was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, answered every question we had. After purchasing the car Jason took the time to explain every feature of the car in detail. Very customer oriented. Would recommend this dealership and Jason to anyone shopping for a Volkswagen
