Useless and incapable
Avoid this place like a herpes infested plague patient. Nothing good is done for you. This ridiculous dealership approached me with a “deal” to put $9000 down on a $33,000 car. Who puts 30% down on a depreciating and cost only product? Honestly, they should be embarrassed to even say that to a customer - then again maybe they are too stupid to realize what they are saying or worse think their customers are idiots. To top it all off - I have challenged credit and have two bad histories with lenders. Who do they send my loan to? Yep, those two lenders.

2016 Corolla.
My experience with Joshua allowed me the right decision to purchase from Toyota of Cool Springs. He was knowledgeable and professional. Even though it got busy, he freed up time in order to complete the transaction. I will be purchasing another Toyota and will be contacting Joshua.

Came for the Costco Buying Plan, Loved the Experience
We went up to Cool Springs because that was the closest Toyota dealership for the Costco Auto Plan, but we were treated like life-long friends. We got an appointment right away with Jason, and he was the perfect person for us. He listened carefully to what we were looking for, including the tiniest details of what we thought were important, then he took us out and showed us vehicles that totally fit the bill. We bought the second vehicle he showed us. The entire process was as good as it could be.
