Service on Avalon
I worked with Ray Ellison for the service of my Avalon. He was so courteous and helpful, not only with the maintenance of the car, but also with helping me purchase a part. He took a picture of the part and walked me up to the Parts Dept. to facilitate my purchase. He also insisted on replacing a defective part on the car instead of gluing it. Service can't get better than this!

Dishonest sales
I found the salesmen dishonest and not willing to help make things right. Salesman knew of an issue that I had overlooked but my wife saw him find and he said nothing and when trying to resolve the issue I was told, sorry, you will need to have it fixed yourself.

Best Service Experience
Best experience! Everyone was so kind. Facility was nice and clean. They kept us in the loop about our car while it was being serviced. The kids zone is so nice for parents waiting with kids. Bought our car 1 year ago in Nashville, and we never had a good experience there with servicing.

Toyota Cool Springs is the best!
I do my research, so when I was ready Jason Han was ready with answers. He provided us details ONLY on the cars we had interest in instead of trying to "sell" us on anything else. He ran the numbers several different times until we reached an agreement. Paul was exceptional also at his job in finance! Both worked late to get us what we wanted and driving home in our new beautiful Highlander!

New Car Buying Experience
The thought of buying a new car had me stressed out until I went to Toyota of Cool Springs and was introduced to their Sales Associate, Jeff Williams. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and had a no pressure approach that put me at ease and allowed me to focus on the right vehicle for me. With Jeff's help and the information he provided, I purchased a 2019 RAV 4 and credit him for making the experience so much more pleasant than I expected. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I also found the other members of the Toyota of Cool Springs organization a very professional and friendly group and look forward to having my car serviced there.
