It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically, I would like to give a high praise to Jim Gile and Trey Wade. Both were extremely genuine and true professionals. Both found a way to make things work in my favor and a price range that was very fair for the vehicle I purchased. Thank you both for your patience and staying late on a Friday to close my deal. Sienna Test Drive
We arrived without an appointment just before a thunderstorm with 2 kids demanding our attention as well. Josh was very patient and did a great job showing us the van’s features and helpful during my wife’s test drive.

Professional service with a professional attitude
The car buying experience can be an absolute nightmare. Jim Gile is an outstanding individual who make the process stress-free and efficient. I was able to get exactly the car I wanted with transparency and respect throughout my entire visit with this dealership. Amazing experience
Not only has Jim helped me pick out my favorite car I’ve ever owned, but he’s here along the journey of my car being taken care of. I would definitely buy a car from Jim again and I recommend him to anyone. He’s not just a great salesman. He’ll be there through the whole journey, even after you buy the car, as I am here getting some work done.

Excellent experience from start to finish!
I purchased though the Costco Program and Denzel at the dealership made contact with me immediately. He offered to help me schedule an appointment with Carlos which I initially turned down. These gentlemen were so respectful and kind in their contact that I did made an impromptu visit a day or two later. I immediately felt in good hands with Carlos Griffin who listened to what was important to me. Carlos had a sensible and knowledgeable approach to helping me. He chose the right car at the right time thereby saving me hours of option overwhelm. I got a car I absolutely love! The entire team (sales, parts & accessories, financing, dealership manager) pulled together to get the absolute best deal and financing for me. I was genuinely impressed with their ethics, kindness and expertise. If there is such a thing as a perfect experience I had one. My sale was a win-win for everyone. Great Experience!
Purchased a new Highlander two weeks ago - excellent buying experience - very happy. Tory was great, and the finacing folks were helpful and attentive. The dealership gave me a fair price on my trade - the highest I had from several dealers we visited. Great selection of vehicles (I wanted to see them all). So happy we went with the Highlander and this dealership!

The Costco program is great, read fine print STL
They have a Costco member program that can provide decent out of door price without negotiation. It's a great program for people who don't want to, or can't, say for me, doing auction among several dealerships. The program does have limits: cars have to be in stock is one of them. It's a great program for me.
