Early in May I visited Toyota of Cool Springs to search for a Rav-4 for my granddaughter's high school graduation gift. I feel very fortunate that I was assigned Jim Gile. Jim is very knowledgeable both about his products and the inventory at Cool Springs. More importantly to me, he appeared to care genuinely that my granddaughter get the car she wanted and concomitantly that I not exceed the monthly payment that I had set prior to the coming to the dealership. Further, Jim was very receptive to our need to complete the signing process as quickly as possible in order for me to meet another social commitment. Overall, a wonderful experience with absolutely no complaints. And best part of all is that my granddaughter loves her new Rav-4 and is proud as punch of it.

I utilized the Navy Federal Buying program for my purchase. My buying experience was great, there were no games or gimmicks. Positive experience all around.
