Brought car in for an oil change.
Brought car in for an oil change. Promised by 11:30. No calls. Walked back to dealership at 12:15. My sevice person did not recognize me! Told me car waa ready. Car was to be washed, but was dirtier then when I brought it in. $110 for an oil change and poor service!

Ram 2500 Service
This was my second time servicing my truck at this dealer. The staff is nice and responsive, the faculty is very clean with a nice waiting area. The work has always been done within a reasonable time. I forgot the name of my advisor but she was very helpful.

My experience with the service writer was excellent.
My experience with the service writer was excellent. Cindy was her name and she was very attentive and communicated well. Five stars for her. As for the ability to make the appointment, my score is lower. I had to wait almost month for the appointment. My issues was the accelerator stoped working. Fortunately I had a second vehicle. Many people could not wait a month to repair something that was a manufacturer defect. The woman that made the appointment on the phone, not Cindy, was very matter of fact about it and basically said this is the appointment, take it or leave it. This is not what I expected for them to repair something as serious as a faulty gas pedal.

I found this car online on edmunds, but it didn’t have
I found this car online on edmunds, but it didn’t have any actual pictures of the car. I called the dealership initially and asked if it was available because it was a nice car for a good price. They said yes but it was just getting wrapped up with final detail work and could be seen if I came out there. This dealership is over an hour away from me, so I asked if I would be able to buy it if I liked it and drive it off the lot, initially they said yes. So the next day I called again to double check if it was available and ready and the next person I talked to said it wouldn’t be ready for purchase until the following day. (Red flag) so I waited and called again the next day and repeated the process they again said it would be ready at 4 pm that day. So I called at 4 and they said it wasn’t ready and the following day it would be ready. At this point I am getting a bit annoyed. I finally make it to the dealership and go for a test drive of the vehicle and the steering is pulling pretty aggressively one way and the touch screen does not work. I mention this to the salesmen who could not care less. He said, “yeah they probably won’t help you out, they priced it where it was because of the shape it’s in” I thought that was a bit weird and also annoying but I like the car overall. We get back from the test drive and go through the paperwork, thankfully the sales manager said he would throw in an alignment and two new tires to ease my mind. I thought that was very nice. Well it’s been nearly a month and I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve emailed them several times and they keep giving me a run around of, “oh someone should be reaching out” No one has reached out. I am getting very annoyed and feel like they are just trying to move inventory no matter if it’s good or bad and don’t care if they told people they would do anything for them as long as they got the sale.
