The service was so so.
The service was so so. At the end of my maintenance service I was not given an itemized invoice. The job took about 3 hours. The guy that took down my order was Payman Arjang. I called him later and said that he did not give me an invoice. He said that I should come and get one. I went back and he looked in his drawer and pulled ot some general information and gave that to me. I was dissatisfied. I called him back the next day and complained about the info he gave me. He sounded surprised. He then texted me the itemized invoice. Poorly handled by Payman.

bad experience.
bad experience.long wait for oil change even though I arrived first at 7am waited two hours there . Then they sent me home with an empty power steering fluid even though I asked if my levels would be checked . They did not even recommend I get a power steering fluid service .

Service took to long, there was no communication from the
Service took to long, there was no communication from the service technician on updates of the truck. Jose only made the previous service technician Hector look bad, but he was worst said he will call back the next day and a week later we received no call back. We would call the dealership and they would not answer the phone. After Jose calls back and laughs at the fact that the the additional things would be expensive. He was not professional at all and provided the worst service.

This was by far the worst buying experience I’ve ever
This was by far the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. I purchased online, and the entire process was a nightmare. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication and professionalism. It took over a month and a half just to finalize everything. Reaching someone for updates was nearly impossible, and no one seemed to care or follow up. If you value your time and sanity, I would not recommend doing business with them.

Worst service I have ever experienced at a car
Worst service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. We called ahead to see a specific car that was on the website. It was in service and never shown to us. We should have walked away at that point. We came back the next day to see a 2025 which they were happy to sell us. The brought it from their storage lot, dirty. I still didn’t say anything or walk away. I will never purchase from this dealer and will never recommend it to anyone. Terrible service
