Mr. Victor was wonderful? he checked me in and had the mechanics work on my car ? Before I knew it, it was time to go? The cost of the service was like a gift from God!! I had only one problem: I also needed a battery for my key FOB, so I went to the Parts window, where I was completely ignored for 10 minutes. After returning to the front desk to complain, Mr. Victor and Mr. Joey took care of the key FOB battery matter greatly to my satisfaction!!! They were wonderful, and both had very lovely personalities!!! Thank you!!!

Dealership is good but for an oil change it takes too

Dealership is good but for an oil change it takes too long. I waited 1.5 hours for the oil change. Way too many people in there for servicing. I’m used to quick oil changes.

Awesome General Manager , very professional, accommodating and truly cares for you as a person and not just as a buyer. The staff at Bohn Toyota were very pleasant to work with, to include my sales person Richard, managers Eric and Patti, and Brian over in Finance. They were open to negotiating, getting me down as low as they could. After my first visit, they followed up but did not pester me to come back in. It felt like they actually cared to ensure I was having a positive shopping experience. This dealership earned my business and trust quickly with their professionalism, transparency, and flexibility. Highly recommend Bohn Toyota to those in search of a newer used vehicle!

Staff is always professional and engaging. Service was done in timely manner. Waiting area comfortable. Coffee provided. Before maintenance began work, they provided covering for seat and floor area of the vehicle.

Victor provided excellent customer service and a pleasure

Victor provided excellent customer service and a pleasure to talk to. My only complaint does not relate to the service itself but the waiting room had music playing on the radio speakers and on the tv there was a looping repeat of a mesothelioma paid advertisement by a law firm. Sensory overload
