Good?but need more cleaning personal was good but they need more training to treat to the costumer?. The dealer needs more cars exhibition the dealer was empty

I had a 4:15 appointment for an oil change,they didn’t

I had a 4:15 appointment for an oil change,they didn’t start until 5:15 I was told that they were running behind they should have told me that when I got there. I ask one of the guys why they didn’t start on my truck he told me that he was not the one helping me,at least he could of check why they didn’t start on my vehicle

The job was done properly but the finish of cleaning

The job was done properly but the finish of cleaning where the oil was dripping off where they adding the oil was left it duty I have to cleaned my self, poor job at the end
