I had to wait 4 hours for an oil change from a schedule appointment, and a factory recall. As I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes.

I stopped by with my Toyota Highlander to get an estimate

I stopped by with my Toyota Highlander to get an estimate of how much it would cost to reseal the transfer case from which oil leaks. The dealer refused to quote me a price and refused to repair it unless I would have them also fix a myriad of other issues they say will cost thousands of dollars. I was already aware of the other issues and was only interested in them giving me a price to repair the one item to which they refused. For my purposes the Bohn Toyota dealership is honestly useless.

Sales rep told me $22,000 for trade in but contract says $20,000 they use a tablet to sign financial papers and makes it hard to see the numbers. They also tried to add warranty coverage without asking but I was able to cancel.
