Devon and the parts department was awesome. The parts department was very knowledgeable about the parts and Devon was quite knowledgeable about the capacity of what they can and cannot due regarding the Lexus brand. Kudos to the team.

It was such a smooth process!
It was such a smooth process! I had called the dealership as I had a specific White Rav4 XLE in mind only to find out the dealership no longer had it in stock! Lo and behold my sales specialist, Kevin Martinez, was able to pull some strings and secured an incoming 2024 White Rav4 XLE for me! He was super accommodating, professional, and really made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. The staff was all friendly and I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't want.
