Mr. MIke McGowan has excellent quality customer service. Noteworthy. Mr. Martinez in sales.. likewise. His approach and delivery to rescue customers from bad cars, bad deals and lost in major purchases is noteworthy as well.

The dealership itself is fine, it's the men who does the

The dealership itself is fine, it's the men who does the work on the cars which I had a problem with. Unfortunately they tried to take advantage of woman. My truck has not been to any other shops but Toyota. I noticed my truck didn't have oil which they tried to blame it on me. Then they came up with my radiator had a leak after they were the ones who drained my coolant to put more. I don't trust this dealership. Very aggravated customer

I took my supra in for 2 tire replacement and they only

I took my supra in for 2 tire replacement and they only took 1:30 minutes to do it. I was really surprised they only took so little time to do the job. Every time I take my car to the dealership, they take at least a full day, even for oil change.

It was time for a Service & Maintenance on my 2021

It was time for a Service & Maintenance on my 2021 Tundra. Brought it in because of the Service I got when I purchased my truck back. January. Victor, Tyler, & that whole Service crew are DEFINITELY ? an asset to the Toyota Brand!!! Thanks guys!!!

Everyone seems to be quite efficient at what they do.

Everyone seems to be quite efficient at what they do. Always pleasant and accommodating. From the person I spoke with to schedule a service appointment to the service agents, the technicians and the team that keeps the vehicles moving in and out of service. The waiting areas and restroom were clean and comfortable. Although I've gone to other Toyota service centers, the one on Lapalco is my favorite. Thanks Bohn Toyota!
