The Lapaco Toyota location is the best especially if

The Lapaco Toyota location is the best especially if Victor is your service advisor. He shows genuine interest in getting your car running without having you do work that’s not urgent. If a coupon is available he already has applied the discount. . I’m 71, and a retired nurse. It’s nice to have someone caring for me for a change. Please Thank Victor for great customer service.

Bad service

Had an appointment at 7 a m. Got there at 6:50 and I was number 9 in line. Went in for a recall and an oil change. Sat there for 4 1/2 hours. Finally went to check. Recall had been done and they were waiting on a rack to do my oil change. My wife tells me there?s a driver that keeps you from waiting. Wasn?t offered to me. I?d rather pay for an oil change that have my time wasted. Didn?t buy this vehicle from Bohn, because of lack of inventory and unwillingness to negotiate. Bought from Greg Leblanc, but too far to bring for service. I would have done better driving the hour and a half to Greg Leblanc. I did buy the last 5 or 6 vehicles from Bohn. 3 tundras and at least 2 highlanders.

Fast service.

Fast service. Found a problem with the motor Mount that i was unaware of. They’ve taken care of my car since I bought it in 2013. Nina was great to work with.
