The service department handled me with the utmost professional care, especially Nina, as we examined and managed my repairs as per my allowable budget. I have always appreciated the special attention during my regular maintenance visits. Thanks again as I know they will see my again at my favorite repair location.

Bohn Toyota has Excellent customer service.

Bohn Toyota has Excellent customer service. Service advisor Tyler Bodden was very professional and courteous. Service was fast and prompt. Only took over 35 minutes to complete service. Very customer oriented. Would recommend Bohn Toyota to anyone and have referred others there. Only problem is the website allows you to make an appointment for “other” cars, but they will not actually service anything other than Toyota cars and associated brands. Thanks.

Tyler was wonderful and he when above and beyond to help

Tyler was wonderful and he when above and beyond to help me. The female which I think she was the service manager was not helpful at all . When I Pull up in my car it took about 15min for her to decide whether she was going to help me. Then when she to the just to tell the machine that they use is down so the only choice she was for me to make appointment. Tyler came to the car. and apologize because he call me early that to tell me my tire was and I ask will beok ifI came after work he said yes. Tyler suggest if I want to wait I said yes. He explained that the machine maycome back up or may not. I tell I would wait and the machine did in fact came back up.Tyler is the reason whyI would reference family and friends . Toyota has a lot of work to do with customer service and that manager to take notes from Tyler.

Outstanding Service Dept always taking care my 2018 Toyota 4 Runner in a very professional manners. From the professionalism of Service Advisor (Mr Victor) who is kind and thorough in every details. Updated me via text or in person with th east us results of my car repairs. Grateful and Appreciated.

Regular customer critic

The reason for the 4 stars would be when I made the appointment over the phone I specifically said please book me when you have shuttle service I have no way to leave. She replied ok. Morning or afternoon. Afternoon, I replied. 1:30 pm ok ? I again replied there is shuttle service available. Yes she said. Fine I said. But guess what when I got there my service rep said no shuttle service after 12:00. I told him what I was told his reply was no shuttle service after 12:00. I had no way to get home. Also, while I am being critical , waiting in the waiting room tv is on but the intercom radio is on also, so you could never hear either very well. Also, the app that is used for their service recommendation is not intuitive. I had a hard time with using it and so did and the service rep when I asked about it. This survey should include in the star ratings service/repair, not just repair. I did not have repairs done. Oh well. Not that this will make a difference but there it is.
