Service rep was terrible; he failed to answer my questions, he was defensive and guarded. Service Mgr was FANTASTIC! He seemed glad that he was helpful, he was straightforward, and he completely diffused my angst.

On March 11, 2025 my vehicle was serviced and I was overcharged, (as it was later confirmed)). I generally phone my son with information/price given me. He speaks to person or tells me to go ahead and have work done.. Unfortunately, we a phone problem, that couldn't be resolved, and I had an appointment that couldn't be postponed. Unfortunately, I gave approval for the work to be done. A few days later, my horn was malfunctioning. I took it back to the dealership. The situation was explained to Victor, and he had vehicle taken to the back. He returned shortly, saying it was a minor problem that was resolved, and no charge..My confidence in Toyota was restored with kind gesture. So when it was time to schedule my next maintenance appointment, I asked for Victor on August 12, 2025. Everything went extremely well. Job was done in timely manner and cost efficient. Victor even presented a coupon for additional savings. My confidence has been restored in Bohn Toyota because of Victor

The Dealership must have had some meetings.

The Dealership must have had some meetings. Service was on time. But most of all, employees seem Happy and friendly. Good atmosphere to be in. I was very Happy today getting my vehicle service. For a while I thought the Manager of the Dealership did not care. But I can see He does. I will tell Him in person text time . Thank you.
