I called and made an appointment with the service guy who answered. I was quoted a price for service and a time. When I arrive a lady signed me in and I told her that I gave my information over the phone and had discussed the discount coupon. She disregarded everything and wrote it up charging me much more. I did not have the energy nor time to stand my ground. It was definitely unfair. She should have honored the quote. I don’t know if she earned more because I was forced to pay more. Pretty bad business practice.

So disappointed!!!
My 2018 CHR has had issues since 2nd year I bought it. Customer service is even worse. Not to mention the vehicle for being a 2018 is not near the technology every other 2018 vehicle has.

5000 mile new car service
Fast service, short wait. Met covid requirements in waiting with 6' between chairs. Service provider was very polite. The technician kept my Carr clean and turned promptly

Easy to get service
I was able to get an appointment the same day I called (Saturday). Service man was very courteous, explained everything, and told me how long it would take. It was my first appointment since I bought my new car!

Regular check up
I was able to set up a next AM appointment. Friendly staff. comfortable waiting area. Quickly performed check. Also had a damaged tail light. New part order was smooth.
