Airbag recall replacement

Great service, very clean, and friendly staff. The repair was completed quick and efficiently. The building wait area was nice and the recall was done at no cost to me.

Tundra 2021 Limited NightShade Edition

Johnny Tran was excellent! I was looking for a Voodoo Blue Tundra and he was able to put in the order for me since it was not available at the dealership. He then let me test drive a new 2021 Tundra LimIted NightShade Edition and I was sold. He was happy to cancel my Voodoo Blue Tundra and quick get me approved for the 0 percent financing. He was exceptional and would love to refer him to anyone!!! Justin

Awesome Service

Maintenance of Vehicle

Oil change

I had a 1:30 appointment. When I arrived on time I was informed that I would be there for “at least an hour” because a lot of cars had arrived in front of me. When a person makes an appointment they rightfully expect to be seen at that time. Over an hour later, when my oil change was finally completed I noticed that my tire light was on. When I first arrived at the dealership I notified the employee that the light was on. He asked me if it was blinking. It was not (and still is not). He said that my tires would be checked and taken car of. So, when I saw the light was still on when I was about to leave, I went back in and told the employee that the light was still on. He told me I would need to drive it about a quarter of a mile and the light would go off. So I drove it around and the light was still on. I took it back to the dealership and told him the light was still on. They put more air in the tires and then took my car away. When I asked what was going on I was told that the technician was looking at it. Then the employee informed me that the light was blinking so it means the car has a faulty sensor. THE LIGHT IS NOT BLINKING. yes, I feel like screaming. I finally had had enough of the nonsense and left.

Toyota RAV4

Two weeks ago, I went to this business to buy a new Toyota RAV4 car, but unfortunately my preferred silver RAV4 was not available at this shop. Brian went to a great length to help locate a silver RAV4 car in the other locations and organized the shipping of the car back to New Orleans. I would like to thank Brian for his outstanding service and kindnesses in helping me throughout this purchasing process. 10,000 toyota care oil change, etc

I have to go back a fuse keep blowing, don't know why yet. Other than that service was good considering everything with COVID. Service was performed in timely manner.

Maintenance

I am not sure what causes the extensive amount of wait time while my car is being serviced for an oil change. This has happened every time except the first time. If the appointment is scheduled and my car arrives not only on time but early there should be no reason for an almost two hour wait in your lobby. I was not informed that my car would be ready until 10 minutes before it was pulled to the front. I wat he's a car arrive after me and leave before me. Please add estimated times during the scheduling process and/or notify the customer of the lengthy wait time upon arrival. Give updates on the vehicle once you reach pass 30 minutes.
