Went in for an oil change, 2 air filters & 2 recalls This time the when I requested no car wash, they honored my request. However they did not check the air in my tires. Next morning my tires were low. 1 recall was ready to complete the 2nd one I need to wait for a letter I was pleased they thought of using my Ford points to help with the cost.

I had a headlight bulb replaced while I waited.
I had a headlight bulb replaced while I waited. No appointment. I have no idea who the technician was. I was there a little more than an hour.

Been a mechanic my entire life mostly work on class 7 and 8 trucks now. Always have done all the work on my own vehicles unless it's a time issue or warranty. Would not let anyone else except the techs at Packey Webb Ford touch my vehicles, every wire, hose, clip or clamp back the way they came from the factory, exactly how I would do a repair. First class service department!

we found that mice had chewed through wires under our
we found that mice had chewed through wires under our hood. One of those wires also required the replacement of the air conditioner compressor. The technician kept us informed and suggested ways to save money on repairs. We have never had a bad experience at Packy Webb and will continue recommending them.
