Have been a life long packey client. Had poor experience a few years ago and only came back because it's the closest dealer and had a recall to check on. While there for that, I was told they would fix an oil leak for a few hundred dollars. They didn't and then told me it would be much more expensive to actually do it. I decided to leave and think on it. Got two blocks from the dealer and they didn't bolt everything on properly and had the bottom of my car dragging down the road. Felt very unsafe. Very frustrating experience. Will not be back.

I had to continuously check on my car. The mechanic found something but no one let me know until I followed up. And it ended up costing me hundreds more.
