Overall, buying my used car at Packey Webb was a positive experience. My salesman, Eric did an excellent job answering all my questions and taking care of my concerns. Once I picked up the car, I was disappointed that the interior was not that clean. I had to get some cleaning wipes for the gas and brake pedals, which were very dirty.

They knew exactly what they had to do to get my issue solved I came in with two issues two different times and boy that Timothy he knew what he was doing. He fixed both issues within two weeks. We are so excited because we like our car and we want to keep it up the best we can thank you so much for all your service and Timothy God bless you.

Have been a life long packey client. Had poor experience a few years ago and only came back because it's the closest dealer and had a recall to check on. While there for that, I was told they would fix an oil leak for a few hundred dollars. They didn't and then told me it would be much more expensive to actually do it. I decided to leave and think on it. Got two blocks from the dealer and they didn't bolt everything on properly and had the bottom of my car dragging down the road. Felt very unsafe. Very frustrating experience. Will not be back.
