Missed obvious issues when replacing catalytic convertor. The panels underneath car were loose and needed some screws replaced or may have been removed and never reinstalled properly. In either case the plastic guard under truck fell off while driving to Green Bay.

I already have answered your question on this. I brought my I've always brought my vehicle in and talked to Kaitlyn and she's been excellent helping me solve the problem and tell me what needs to be done and she's made sure it's happened. I won't see anybody else but her when I come for service.

Never have issues with the dealership, but I thought if they replace 1 front strut with a new one the would have replaced the other, now I have know idea how long the other strut is good for.
