Misa and Jack were rude when it came to talking numbers. The thought of me offering them a number below the sticker price seemed to offend them. Jack in particular gave creepy 'slimy salesman' vibes. He came over with a bad attitude and played dumb when i offered him 25k(your offer was over 27k) out the door final price. Very rude. Luckily I hired The Auto Inspector to negotiate for me with Juan when the price was dropped and I instead paid less than my initial offer to misa and jack. As far as I know Juan was a cool cat.

They found a problem and quoted a price for the repair. They also noticed another issue which they took care of at the same time which saved me money.

Scheduling service for a recall issue was fairly easy. I was called back and offered the option of service being done at my house, which was fantastic! My technician, Justin, was polite, professional and efficient.

The dealer was nice and worked with me well but I already have to take my truck in to the shop. Just a little over 3 weeks in and it already has to go in to get fixed. Not super happy.
