My new 2026 expedition went in because the car leaks water from the driver side handle bar. After having to repeatedly call to get a hold of someone to check the status of my car, I was told there was no issue with my car and it had been sitting there waiting for me to pick it up. I ended up having to call the Sales dept because nobody would answer in the service center and I callled many, many times. I have since had leaking water in my car twice, so I still have a problem while this dealer told me there was no issue. Very frustrating as we just bought the car in January and obviously Ford is missing the mark in a big way here!

Very friendly staff, with prompt and efficient service. Had a service van if you needed a drop off stop in several times to check in for clients that required its service. Also the chairs are quite comfortable and plenty with bottles of water available if you are thirsty
