M2 Auto Group

I went to M2 Auto Group because they are located close to where I live. My parents and I test drove a few different cars and narrowed it down to a Jeep Liberty because it isn?t too big for me and it?s easy to drive. I really liked the color and the price was right what I can afford. I?ve had it for a month now and couldn?t be happier.

Stay away. Called before I drove 1 1/2 hours to purchase a vehicle. I asked about the vehicle and was told it was a very clean vehicle with no problems. I told the manager that I was driving a long distance and did not want to get there and find a vehicle with many problems, he told me it was a perfect vehicle. Well he lied! The vehicle had been in a accident, Air Bag light was on, very poor paint job & over spray everywhere, 4 Bald Tires, Several other items as well. Very unprofessional dealer. Stay away.

The car I looked at was exactly as they described on their website which was great to know before driving there. The rep was able to help me out with funds as well. The car isn't in 100% condition but it's what I can afford. It was a good and friendly experience.

The employees here worked hard with me to get what I wanted. They were efficient with the paperwork process and never felt any pressure from them. From the other reviews it looks like they never pressure people into making a purchase. That being said, I am very pleased in M2 Auto Group from start to finish. No hesitation in recommending this car dealer.

My husband and I narrowed down a car to a Volkswagen Jetta. We have been looking for a while and found 2 at M2 Auto. When we arrived the dealership was busy. Bobby greeted us as fast as he could and asked us if we had questions about any of the cars they have. At the time we didn’t and he let us wander around without hassling us. We were comfortable and were able to make a decision without feeling the pressure. Also, the negotiation was a breeze. We got a Volkswagen Jetta for our daughter.

At M2 this was only the 2nd car I’ve ever bought. The salesman Juan made it a point to get all information about each car to me and was very friendly. I’ve heard some really terrible used car buying experiences from friends unlike mine at M2, which was great. Juan, thank you.

Nothing but good things to say about M2 Auto Group! Overall it took me 2 weeks to decide to purchase a car from them. It being a used car at a fantastic price I thought it was too good to be true. I know a little about cars so I did the best inspection I could. Turns out that the car was in great condition except for some exterior scratches that isn’t a big deal to me. During the 2 weeks M2 Auto Group never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. Their honesty and patience helped me purchase from them.

This is the 2nd time I bought a car from m2. I went back because their prices are spot on. Also they offer a warranty unlike other used car places. I did research online about a few cars and sure enough m2 had one I was looking for. Everything from when I walked in to the test drive was pleasing. These guys aren’t the usual shyster car salesmen.

We were in the market for an inexpensive SUV as an addition to our cars so we have something with more storage. Our first visit to M2 Auto Group we didn’t make a decision to buy but we had Boris keep in touch when they get what we were looking for. About a week later we were contacted by M2 and they let us know to check out their new inventory. Sure enough they had a SUV at the price we wanted. We inspected the car and the only thing was that the battery had a low charge. They replaced the battery for us which sealed the deal. There was no nonsense or pressure during the entire purchase process. They took care of us to our satisfaction and would recommend M2 Auto Group to our friends.

I went to M2 Auto Group over the past weekend right after leaving angrily at another car dealership down the road. When I arrived at M2 I was immediate greeted by Bobby and he was as helpful as possible. My budget is low and he helped me find the best car for my lifestyle. His attention to my needs and questions are what made the experience positive. Unfortunately, the vehicle in my budget has some minor interior and exterior cosmetic issues but it’s what I can afford. – Kevin.
