I'm gonna crash

Yet another lemon, the brakes don't work properly and the seat belt won't engage. The dealer says its not covered .

I’m posting this in reference to the great service we got from Fred. This was our first purchase from M2 Auto Group. We had a few obstacles along the way, but the salesman and the other dealership employees were supportive. Fred helped me with some information about my credit score. They were all very patient with us since we took a few days to decide to make a purchase here. I want to thank Fred for the outstanding service and the great deal we got.

M2 is definitely the most honest car dealership I’ve been to. The wife and I just had another kid so we need an suv. When we got there we told Eric what we were looking for. He gave us many options of what they had in stock. We test drove a few different ones before finding the one we liked. It wasn’t in the top notch condition but it runs and drives great. We definitely got a great deal here.

Great experience at M2 Auto Group. I love my new Jetta! The price was a little bit more than I can afford but they were able to help me out. I highly recommend M2 Group.

M2 was the second car dealer I went to when searching for a pickup, and I didn’t need to go anywhere else. The first place I went to really tried to rip me off and they got aggressive and pushy. It was the complete opposite at M2 and that’s why I purchased a dodge ram from them. It did have higher miles than I wanted but the price was right in my budget. So far I love it! Thanks, Alesha L.

First of all I’d like to thank Eric for his help. Since I have bad credit, it’s hard to purchase pretty much anything. Eric really threw me a bone to get the car I wanted. Honda makes some pretty good cars and I’m glad to have gotten an Accord from m2. Also, I had my mechanic friend take a look at the car before I purchased it and everything checked out okay. One thing he suggested was to get the brakes done in about 10k. For the price, I’m pretty sure I couldn't get a better deal anywhere else.

I purchased a van from the in November and it wasn't until January when i presented with the problem. The reason it took so long to realize the problem was due to the fact they didn't send me the original title to the van till January. The odometer on the van had around 91,000 miles on it, but the actual mileage from the the state of Nj title states it has 109,000. It leads me to believe that the true mileage of the van is unknown or in question. At no point in time was i told there was an issue regarding the the title till after i paid for the car. I would never had purchased the vehicle if that was the case. I seriously question any dealer who would sell a vehicle with an issue of this nature. I urge anyone looking to purchase a car from them to research the title on the car and to have a mechanic look at it. I hope this helps at least one person.

I really like this used car place for a few reasons which made me decide to buy from them. I used their website first before going and it was very simple and easy to use. When I first went here, they never pressured me into a sale. Also, Boris knew a lot of the questions I had off the top of his head instead of giving me a run-around answer. He was direct and honest with me so I would recommend this dealership to my closest friends.

Letter Sent to Owner Robert Lecgnato NOT RESOLVED...

Letter Sent to Owner Robert Lecgnato NOT RESOLVED CURRENTLY IN LITIGATION... DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!! On June 8th 2012, my wife and I purchased a used 2005 Ford Escape Limited Edition VIN:1FMCU94115KA80327 from your dealership. Total cost of 2005 Ford Escape with insurance, state tax, title, registration, plates and fees $9300.50 The salesperson, Juan, sold me a Limited Warranty from GWC at $365.00 for 4500-mile/3-month warranty that covered any issue that may occur, since we saw an issue when test driving the car. You stated that if there was an issue to come to you first and you’d resolve it. That was the main incentive for me to buy the vehicle. When we came to pick-up the Escape on the June 8th and finalized all the paper work on the car it had an engine light on and it indicated that it needed “Emission Service” Juan said he’d have the mechanic look at it. After an examination of the car by your mechanic he told you and you told me that it needed a “transmission selection sensor” an $82.00 item. We went back and forth, you stated that the insurance company would not cover the item because it was preexisting condition of the vehicle. So we agreed to purchase the part and at your cost install it. The part took 4 days to arrive and in the interim we kept the car garaged without use until then we drove the car to your dealership to await the installation of the “transmission selection senor” and when we came to pick up the car, I test drove the car and the engine light came on again we left the car with your mechanic and he looked over the car again and when I called you to find out how the car was doing you told me, that the car had an other problem it needed one to three catalytic converters $400 each up to $1200 not including labor. This was devastating to us because we were just getting rid-of a 2002 mini-van with the same problem. As you remember I told you this, how about the insurance (GWC), and again this would not be covered. Finally I told you this is a deal breaker, and I wanted my money back you said we normally don’t take cars back but you would in this instance and it would cost me $1200 re-stocking fee you said it be better for us to fix the car and pay the $1200 in parts and you’d do the labor free. As much as I feel you seem to be trying to help us I find that I’ve been swindled somehow, I took the car without any further repair on your part and the car broke down three blocks away from your dealership, and I needed to have the car towed to my home. Four days later you issued me my plates and I towed the Escape to a local State inspection shop and it failed for emissions. By State law you are required to sell me a vehicle that passes inspection which it didn’t; when I bought this to your attention you showed me that my wife had signed a waiver on the contract which you well know I bought this to Juan’s attention and he told me this was just to insure that we took the car to inspection. In my opinion this is misrepresentation of the facts, I expect your dealership to resolve this situation in one of two ways: 1) Repair the 2005 Ford Escape to pass inspection at “No cost to me!” 2) Buy the car back from me at the price I paid for it without any re-stocking fee. I also expect you to discuss this matter with Juan and explain to him the importance of knowing and communicating the details of specific Inspection Wavier accurately and honestly so as not to cause any type of misrepresentation. Please call me at (732) 620-8969 within seven business days to resolve this matter. If I do not hear from you by then, I’ll report this incident to the appropriate regulatory agencies, and my attorney. >>>>>>>>>>BUYER BEWARE!!!! this is NOT Reputable etablishment DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

I had purchased an 2002 dodge RAM from m2 auto group about a month ago. I could not be happier with it. The v8 in this truck is so fast! I'm writing this review because Alex called me today to check up on my vehicle and to make sure I had no problems. Thanks for the concern and great customer service. If I need a vehicle in the near future (hopefully not lol) i'll be going back to m2 because the price was right. Chris I.
