Great Sales Service

Went here few days ago to look at some used cars. Mike was the salesperson who I worked with to help me find a car that will fit my business (transportation of animals, as well as lots of miles per day!) He showed me several cars that would fit this description! He was polite, not pushy and knowledgable! I had a hard time deciding so he told me to think on it and if I have any questiosn or concerns to call him directly. I am looking forward to going back and buying that 2012 CrossTour!

Great Experiance!!!

Looking for a new car. AutoFair Honda is GREAT! The young salesman Michael was very helpful and knowledgable about the cars I was looking at. No pressure at all! Made the experience easy and comfortable Thank You!!!

Great Experience. Great Car.

Great experience buying a new Accord. Our sales rep, Geoff, knew everything about the car and did a great job differentiating Honda from the other vehicles we were evaluating and earned our business. Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do, but the team at AutoFair made for a pleasant experience (I'm pretty sure we were there well past closing time prepping our car and paperwork). We love our new car!

Best price and great people

We searched for a new Honda Civic and the best price. We went to a few Honda dealers and AutoFair Honda of Plymouth gave us the best price and the salesman and sales manager were very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great experience!

My wife insisted on purchasing a new car. I wanted her to buy used, but she wanted no part of it and I really didn?t feel like dealing with car salespeople at a dealership. Nevertheless, we came here (AutoFair) to look at Honda Accords. The dealership was pretty busy and If you can believe it, a few salespeople walked by us and simply said hello and the greeter just said to make ourselves at home and pointed us to the new Accords. While we were outside, a salesperson approached us and simply said that he noticed us and to let him know if/when we had questions. That was it. We finally took one for a test drive but ended up buying (leasing) a different one. They showed us all the information of leasing and buying and basically said that we can to make up our own mind and they would do whatever we wanted. The entire process was so easy even the negotiation. I calculated what I thought would have been the right payment and they were actually $11 lower. I highly recommend this dealership.

Looking for a used Honda Civic

I needed a car as quickly as possible. I wanted a Honda Civic and searched online before going to dealerships. I found several and went to four different dealerships in the area. The third I went to was AutoFair in Plymouth. These guys were by far the best. They had more selection than the others and were so much more normal ? friendly and sincere. I actually left there to go to another dealer but only lasted 5 minutes when I met the salesman. So I went back to AutoFair and the experience was unbelievable. So easy and friendly. The GM is from California and he is very funny. They make the process so xxxx easy, even the prices. They will tell you that they just want to be fair and they are.

Need better Technicians and service

Buying the car was a hassle, I was told to come in and sign certain papers and then had to go home and grab more documents that was needed to fulfill the needs of purchasing the car. The handling of the paperwork was horrible....the services man was awful. As well as buying the new car, I had to go into the service repair 3 times within 2 months for defected parts...Why would this dealership sell me a new car if they knew I had to come back to get repairs, its unbelievable. This dealership only cares about the number of sales they make but do not care about the quality and trust from the customers. I understand its a new dealership...but the people who work here needs more knowledge and experience before running an operation like this.

DO NOT BUY HERE

I don?t usually write reviews. However I felt it necessary to share my experience with Auto Fair Honda of Plymouth Ma. My used car Had the yellow sticker on it 30 days. and on day one I couldn't take the car home due to a belt noise under the hood. that they said they fixed. the next week car had same noise and brought it back again, they replaced another part and sent me home again. went back again for same problem this time I had another mechanic look at it he said it was the alternator that I passed this on to the dealer. NOW GET THIS. The repair department agreed that the alternator needed to be replaced. this was the problem from day one However the management said now that they had too much money in this car. I have filed to attorney general and BBB. (BEWARE Buy someplace else)

STAY AWAY !!!

Hello, I recently bought a used 2011 Honda pilot, my overall experience with Autofair on a 1-10 scale would be a 3. The only good thing about this transaction was the salesman, Matt Skinner. He was very helpful! First off, when I looked at the car it was in rough shape, I was assured that it was a fresh trade in and still had to be detailed and gone through the shop. I took the vehicle on a test drive and noticed that the braking system had some issues that needed to be addressed, which included a violent pulsation and pulling while applying brake pressure. The accompanying salesperson told me that it would be addressed with new pads and rotors. I made the decision that I wanted the car and was told to come pick up the car the next morning. That morning I went to the dealership and my car still wasn?t ready after waiting for THREE hours. During this time waiting they messed up my paperwork, TWICE! After being Sent to the registry of motor vehicles for no reason. Finally I made it out the door to find that the detail job that was JUST DONE to be mediocre. Sand still embedded into the trunk carpet, clearly not buffed or waxed, no pinstripe, NOT EVEN AN AUTOFAIR STICKER! Being as stressed as I was I resisted the temptation to go back inside. I take it home to further look over the car and noticed the passenger side mirror was broken. They refused to make me another key, the car only came with one. I told them I would get my own inspection sticker and they still charged me for it. After addressing this small issue with manager two times he finally gave me it in gas. After finally leaving with the car I went to work (which I was late for due to the time I spent waiting) and my insurance agent called me and was notified that there was another issue with the registration and that it needed to be redone a THIRD time!! Just when I thought Autofair was supposed to be a professional, reputable business. As of now I will never buy another car from them again!

Never received a response from dealer

I inquired about a 2013 Honda Civic EX Autofair Honda listed on Cars.com. I never received a response from the dealer. I went to their website and checked their used inventory list and the vehicle wasn't listed so I never followed up on my initial inquiry. A quick response saying the vehicle was sold would have been greatly appreciated and build trust. This vehicle sat on cars.com for over a week after my inquiry.
