DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH SCOTT CLARK! Sales experience was not terrible, but the service since has been extremely frustrating and wasted tons of my time. Being that my vehicle was purchased Certified from Scott Clark, you would think the Service Department would be willing to be helpful in resolving the issue, but NO! I was made to feel like a bother and was wasting their time. Ultimately, I was told that I had inconvenienced them and they didn't know what else they could do to help solve the issue with the car. The Sales person has completely GHOSTED me after "Checking to see how the car was" after I told her I was struggling with the Service Department. I ended up taking the Pilot to CROWN HONDA IN GREENSBORO and they identified and fixed the issue at minimum cost within a few hours. NOW I CAN'T EVEN GET A MANAGER ON THE PHONE OR TO CALL ME BACK!

Overall good experience. Negotiations were fairly quick, which was nice. Price ended up being fair. Took a while to get through finance. Car walkthrough was good
