Buyer Beware

Helwig great sales guy. Truly wants you to get what you want. Very professional and not pushy. But watch out for integrity of sales manager bc they have zero. Finance IMO not for me but a couple I know was giving false info. Just be careful read everything. Get everything in writing and if your not sure on something call family or friend to ask DO NOT ASK THEM.

Great service

Very good service and they text you when it is ready for pick up. We also have to fix the recall airbags. The company was very good at sending out letters for the recall airbags. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Helwig was great! I am from out of state, and he made the purchase pain free! I got everything I needed! The whole team made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was happy with my purchase before leaving the lot. I contacted about 10 other dealers trying to get them to beat the deal I got, and no one would touch the pricing I got on my used GMC Sierra SLT 1500.

Great Customer Service

Ray Little and Mr. Hamilton were such a delight to work with. Ray went above and beyond to make my car experience a great one!!! Their customer service was amazing and such a breathe of fresh air during these hard times. I couldn’t have asked fir better service. April B

Will NOT Recommend Scott Clark Honda

In August 2018, Scott Clark Honda sold me a pre-owned Honda Odyssey elite touring for our children’s caregiver, for which i paid cash. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the rear entertainment remote was missing from its ceiling mount. After texting with the salesperson numerous times, I was told they were ordering a new one for me. Now, I am told they “will not be ordering one at this time”; however, they refuse to provide an explanation. My husband and I have called and emailed the dealership, but we cannot get a call back, nor have we been emailed back. I have all of this In Writing. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Apparently, one cannot expect all the pieces of a vehicle when purchasing one from Scott Clark and paying CASH. I will not be returning to this dealership for my new (personal) vehicle next year. Edited to add- after seeing my Google review, they FINALLY mailed a replacement, which arrived the following day. I still do not recommend this dealership. They should have simply provided the missing part, when they initially committed to doing so. Instead, they chose to drag this out for several months, and to what end? All it did was cause a headache for me, their customer. While I appreciated them finally providing the missing part, I certainly did not feel valued and will not return for future vehicle purchases. (It is worth noting, we even went to Scott Clark Honda IN PERSON to request the replacement. We had no luck, however. ONLY the Google review seemed to have any sort of impact.)
