SMH TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Was told I was getting a deal that I ended up not getting. Now I’m stuck paying for a vehicle over my budget. Never again!

Excellent Experience

I had a very easy and very professional car buying experience yesterday which took car buying to a new level. My salesman Ray Little was absolutely knowledgeable in addressing my concerns and made me feel very confident in what I was purchasing. No pressure and just a nice relaxed transaction. I’d go back to Ray Little again. My next dealing was with Ben Parker who again was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He made the experience a cake walk compared to most. I’m very pleased with how I was treated and love my car. Please keep in mind that I’m an older woman with zero car knowledge and could have been taken for a real ride.

Helwig is the best

It was a pleasure to work with Helwig who made buying the van pleasant. The process took about couple hours before we drove the van.

Scott Clark did great.

Leased a new accord from Alex. Second time we have worked with him as we leased a pilot prior. Entire experience was great and the service we have received on going is why we are a repeat client.

What a fun buying experience! If you are not currently working with a salesperson, I highly recommend asking for Vince. Friendly, personable and polite. Vince along with his manager, worked very hard to give me a fantastic deal to earn my business. I love my new HRV! Thank you Vince !

Bought a brand new Honda Civic from Victor Rizk

Bought a brand new 2021 Honda Civic ex Hatchback from Victor Rizk and he was able to guide me through the process seamlessly! Got everything I wanted and then some done in a quick manner and was sure to keep me comfortable and informed throughout the entire process!

RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL SALESMAN VICTOR

THE WORST!!! Was just stopping by to LOOK and get an idea of what I wanted. Felt RUSHED the entire time. The sales guy was very PUSHY and annoying. I left for a while to think about it. When I came back I couldn’t find the salesman I had been with so I called him and he said he would be right there. I asked him if he had already left work and had to come back and it said NO that he was here and it was no problem at all. He comes over we test drive the car again. When we get back he asks which car I want and I’m still unsure what I want to do..he gets mad and tells me that he came back up here for me and I wasted his time and then WALKS OFF!!!!!!!!!! Doesn’t say goodbye or anything. Almost like a little child gets mad when they don’t get their way. I will NEVER come here again!!!! EVER!!! Salesman was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL
