Kaitlynn Jones is about the best service writer I ever

Kaitlynn Jones is about the best service writer I ever had. She is absolutely excellent! On my survey I did after buying my GMC pick up truck. I gave y’all an eight out of 10 for recommendation. But because of Eric Moran, I should’ve gave y’all a 10+ on the survey. He was very helpful and answer all my questions and because of him and your service department I would recommend y’all.

The dealership is quite good.

The dealership is quite good. The extended warranty is somewhat disappointing. It is still in force but the recent repair evidently was not covered; I had to pay for it. Moreover, the type of failure should not have occurred in a gently used vehicle with only 37,000 miles on it and certainly should have been covered by the extended warranty.
