BIG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We purchased a 2012 Equinox from a different dealership and Bill was our salesman. Bill went out of his way to make our purchase as smooth and easy as possible. He was spot on with finance and delivered our car with a full tank of gas and a fresh coat of wax, a smile and a hand shake. I will definetly be doing business with him within the next year when we buy our new Jeep.

I am always hesitant to deal with car dealers as they can sometimes be too pushy or condescending. My wife was in need of a new car so we took advantage of Black Friday deals at this Jeep dealership. My wife, as usual, did all of her car research up front so she knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in. Ben was our salesman and he was incredible!! He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I can say I have never had a more pleasurable car buying experience. We walked out of The Michigan City Dodge Jeep Ram dealership with exactly what we wanted (a 2017 Jeep Renegade Latitude) at the price we wanted. If you are in the market for a Jeep, come see Ben. Ben was amazing and one of the most honest salesman I have dealt with over my 30 years of owning cars. I usually hate dealing with car salesman because so many of them are pushy but Ben was very nice and professional and went over all of the paperwork line by line to show us everything and did not try to oversell us on anything extra that we really didn't need with our new Jeep Renegade. I am amazed at how quickly the process went and I am very pleased with the financing options I was presented with and appreciate all the discounts and rebates he was able to get for me.
