I want to take a minute to rate the experience I had at Michigan City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because it was exceptional. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with friendly smiles. When I think of going to buy a new car I usually think of it as a chore but my salesman Burke made it a pleasurable experience. He instantly set my mind at ease by listening to my needs and took the time to explain product features. I could tell that his knowledge came from years of experience & he wasn't just "reading from a script." I have years of sales experience so have no tolerance for pushy salesmen. Burke was definitely not pushy. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. This is something that I definitely didn't feel when I went to "big city" dealerships and why I decided to do business with Burke. Now I'm ALREADY looking forward to my next vehicle purchase and will definitely be going back to see Burke.

Ben was very knowledgeable and patient. No game playing.
